Sat Nam,

I want to announce the opening of a new section on the wiki, Kundalini Yoga Info Cntr.

The idea of having this section was given to me by Dev Dharam Kaur Hueske who is teaching in Cairo, Egypt. I do thank her for the idea.

Why didn't I think of it, so obvious and so obscure at the same time, at least for me. lol

We now have Kundalini Yoga Teachers by Country:

http://www.kundaliniyogainfocntr.com/page/Kundalini+Yoga+Teachers+by+Country

So please send me your bios.

Thank you,

Sat Avtar Kaur

Harimander,

Why such hostility? Why such anger? I wish for you today some healing and a true smile.

I do not mean to stir emotions with my coming comment. I recall a few times hearing and reading that gay people become gay due to the frustration of them not being able to meet a goal, such as gaining acceptance from others, or to come with ease with oneself.
Assuming this is correct, has there been anyone who had felt a pull towards the same sex, but with yoga has gradually been able to become like he or she was before(that is, not feeling a pull towards the same sex). Any comments will help as this will help expand my understanding of yoga.

Dear Baleada,

Honestly, do you think that one factor has developed something so complicated as human sexuality?

Please expand your reading choices. Go to a LGBT bookstore and talk/listen to the people working there. Ask them to help you choose a book for further understanding.

Talk/listen to the LGBT people around you. Please be kind.

Satnam.

Kind regards,

Sat Nam,

Can the member who posted this and sent it to me please send it to me again? Turns out my cousin drinks tons of yogi tea and time to bring her to the practice.

Thanks, John

Sat Nam! I wouldn't call it someting he "gave." It was simply his personal
prayer before he spoke in Gurdwara.

Let my words be Thy words
This is my prayer
Guru Guru Wahe Guru
Guru Ram Das

Sat Nam,
Sorry to be tough!
Too many words, lots of looooong speeches, too much time devoted on this topic!
Do as you wish and do not expect permission from the community to act as your conscience dictates. Do you feel alone? look inside, perhaps there is still a lot to discover about you.
Blessings,

6. Negativity in Relationships

Sat Nam,

I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga for about 5 months and have made tremendous progress and breakthroughs in my life in a very short time. However, I am still struggling to overcome a particular obstacle that seems to be a particularly stubborn one for me. The relationship I have with a particular family member continues to bring a significant amount of frustration, anger and negativity into my life, despite the inner transformation I am experiencing through practicing Kundalini Yoga. Does anyone have any words of wisdom or a specific kriya I can try to bring resolve to this dilemma? Thank you very much.

Love and light,
Andrea

My practice has been consistently been elevating me towards new levels of awareness. The more I practice these techniques, the more I realize that Yogi Ji is truly a master. Every obstacle is an opportunity for elevation. I have been blessed with a deep longing to know my own soul. It has lead me down many long dark roads looking for salvation every where out there, only to find what I have always been looking for was right here all along. Wahe Guru! I am sooooooo grateful to find exactly what I have always been looking for, it's me!! A very wise woman told me of a correspondence she had had with Yogi Ji years ago and I think it sums it up nicely. Kundalini yoga is for the body, meditation is for the mind, chanting the name of God is for the soul. It worked for me it will work for you!!!! Keep up ji's. You will be kept up....
